The food-truck and event-catering side of Gregos was developed in collaboration with Chef Matija Pavlic, whose experience includes Michelin-starred kitchens — among them the two-Michelin-starred The Ledbury in London. The collaboration brings that level of cooking into a format that travels.
The same hands shape menus for high-volume festival service, prequoted private events, and multi-course wedding dinners. Different formats, one standard. The fullest treatment of the chef's work lives on the weddings page; this is the short version.
