What data we process

Contact and reservations: when you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and message content you send. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms and processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Guest feedback: if you use our feedback form, we store your message and, if you choose to leave it, your email address.

Website analytics and advertising: our site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies and process usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device information). The map on our site is embedded from Google Maps. Google processes this data under Google's privacy policy.

Why and on what legal basis

We use your data to answer inquiries and manage reservations (legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract), to improve our offer based on feedback (legitimate interest), and to measure website traffic and advertising performance (legitimate interest and, where required, consent).

How long we keep it

Reservation and inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Feedback is kept for up to two years. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@gregos.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
