How the proposal process works
Tell us the guest count, event format, date, and any dietary needs. We come back with a few proposal options — different menu directions, different bar formats, different scales of full-service — so you can pick the one that fits the event and the budget.
We have many food packages adapted to your wishes and budget — from a focused street-food format to a multi-course plated dinner. Each proposal is itemised and fixed: no surprise line items on the day.
Once you pick an option, we lock the date, plan the logistics with the venue, and arrive with the team. The host doesn't have to manage us during service.

Formats

Sport & charity catering
Tournaments, charity runs, multi-day fundraisers, sponsor events. We handle the food and drinks side as a single vendor — predictable timing, consistent menu across the day, one team responsible for everything.
Suits events from 100 to 600+ guests. We've worked sport and charity events across Dalmatia and travel anywhere in Croatia.
Corporate catering
Team retreats, off-sites, product launches, partner dinners. Discreet, professional service from a small chef-led team. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergen-aware options with advance notice.
We coordinate with the venue directly so the host can focus on the guests. Tasting menus available for pre-event sampling at the restaurant in Omiš.
Multi-day & touring events
Multi-day sports tours, charity rides, music tours, and any single-vendor event passing through Croatia across multiple stops or days. Group sizes from 100 to 800. This is a pattern typical caterers don't cover well — the operational challenge is keeping food consistent across moving venues, with the same team and the same standard from day one to day five.
We've done this format and the rhythm fits us: chef plus 2–3 team members on the move, the truck as the kitchen, one menu that works across the route. The proposals cover the whole multi-day run, not just one stop.

What's the minimum lead time?
Two weeks for small private events. For corporate off-sites, multi-day events, and larger gatherings, two months or more is recommended so we can plan menu, logistics, and tastings properly.
Can you handle 500+ guests as a single vendor?
Yes — up to 800 guests for full-service private events. The single-vendor format works particularly well for sport, charity, and multi-day events where consistency across the day matters.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-aware menus on advance notice. Tell us at the inquiry stage and we build the menu to fit.
What about multi-day and touring events?
We do single-vendor catering for groups of 100–800 across multi-day routes — sports tours, charity rides, music tours, multi-day fundraisers. The proposals cover the whole run, the truck moves with you, and the menu stays consistent across the route.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes — full bar service: cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. The Gregos bar program runs the drinks side, and we tailor the list to the event.
Can you provide tables and seating?
We can supply tables and chairs for up to 40–50 guests. Above that, the venue rents from a local supplier and we coordinate the layout. We can also bring suncobrani (sunshade parasols) for outdoor events.
What's included in the quote?
Food, drinks (if booked), service ware, and on-site staff. Travel anywhere in Croatia is included. Extras like DJ, additional rentals, or full event organisation are itemised in the proposal.
