Wedding & Fine-Dining Catering on the Adriatic

Multi-course menus for weddings, milestones, anniversaries, and any event where the food is the centerpiece.

What we serve at weddings & fine-dining events

Modern Mediterranean cooking, plated and multi-course, served at weddings anywhere on the Adriatic and inland Croatia. Menus are shaped around the wedding — a relaxed garden lunch, an evening reception, a long-form tasting — and built from seasonal local produce, fresh seafood, and chef-led cocktails.

The same approach extends beyond weddings. We cater anniversaries, milestone celebrations, intimate corporate dinners, gallery openings, and any event where the food is the centrepiece and plated multi-course makes sense. If you're planning something where the meal carries the evening, this page is for you.

Built with Chef Matija Pavlic

The fine-dining side of Gregos was developed in collaboration with Chef Matija Pavlic, whose experience includes Michelin-starred kitchens — among them the two-Michelin-starred The Ledbury in London. The collaboration brings that level of cooking into a format that travels.

The same hands shape menus for weddings, multi-course event dinners, gallery openings, and milestone celebrations. Different formats, one standard.

Beyond food

A wedding is not just food. Most events also book one or more of these.

Wedding & fine-dining FAQ

How early should we book?

Two months or more is recommended for weddings and fine-dining events. The earlier you reach out, the more menu and logistics flexibility we have. Peak summer dates fill first.

Can you do tastings before we confirm?

Yes — tastings on request, typically at the restaurant in Omiš. We propose a menu shaped to the event and walk you through the courses.

What does multi-course service look like?

Plated, paced, and served by the team — typically three to five courses depending on the wedding format. We coordinate with the venue on timing so the courses match the run-of-show.

What about outdoor weddings and weather?

Light rain, fine. Major-weather coverage like large tents is the venue's responsibility, and we recommend planning a tent for outdoor weddings. We can supply suncobrani (sunshade parasols) for sunny outdoor receptions.

Do you provide bar and cocktails?

Yes — full bar service: cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. The Gregos cocktail program runs the drinks side and we tailor the list to the wedding.

How many staff are on-site?

Chef plus 2–3 team members for smaller weddings; more for larger events. The on-site team handles set-up, service, and clean-down so the host doesn't manage us during the wedding.

Can you handle dietary restrictions for all guests?

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-aware menus on advance notice. Send a guest list with dietary notes and we build per-guest plates where needed.

Do you cater non-wedding fine-dining events?

Yes — anniversaries, milestone celebrations, intimate corporate dinners, gallery openings, anywhere a plated multi-course meal makes sense. The format is the same; the wedding context is just the most common one.
